The B&B
B&B Villa Cassandra stands on the Via Turi 54, in Castellana Grotte, only moments from the Castellana Caves and the De Bellis Hospital. The house is surrounded by the green Puglian countryside, among centuries-old olive trees, in a quiet, restful spot where time slows down.
We have free private parking inside the gated grounds, a large garden with a patio and picnic area, and a common room where we serve a generous Italian breakfast every morning. Double rooms, family quadruple rooms and a Junior Suite Deluxe with a whirlpool bath: our aim is simply to give you a lovely holiday in a warm, family atmosphere.

Free shuttle to the De Bellis Hospital
If you are in Castellana Grotte for an appointment, a hospital stay or to accompany a relative to the IRCCS “Saverio de Bellis” Research Hospital, we will take you there ourselves: the shuttle service to and from the hospital is free for our guests. On request we can also arrange transfers from the railway station and the airport, at extra cost.

We stayed for a relaxing weekend and were extremely happy. The B&B is perfectly placed for the Castellana Caves and only a few kilometres from Polignano, Monopoli and other seaside towns. The rooms are spotless, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The buffet breakfast was varied and generous, with fresh, good-quality produce.

A beautiful room, an extremely kind owner and a delicious, generous breakfast. Spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. There is private parking inside the fenced grounds, behind a gate. Everything was lovely — we will certainly be back.

A perfect location, only a few kilometres from everything. The suite is faultless — comfortable, welcoming and fully equipped. Mr Donato is a delightful and helpful host. Thoroughly satisfied.

A short hop from the caves, with brand-new furnishings and lovely styling, and a spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast and wonderfully welcoming hosts, always ready with tips about the area. I will certainly be back.

We would like you to choose Villa Cassandra with all the facts to hand: here are the times, the house rules and the small practical details worth knowing before you book.
- Check-in from 14:00 to 23:00, check-out from 07:30 to 10:30. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can welcome you properly.
- Children and extra beds. Children of all ages are welcome. A cot is available on request at 10 € per night (ages 0-1), an extra bed at 15 € per night up to age 15 and 20 € per night from age 16 upwards, payable at the property and subject to availability.
- No pets. For the comfort of all our guests, the property is unable to accommodate pets.
- Best reached by car. We are out in the countryside, on the Via Turi 54: private parking is free and there is no need to book it. If you are travelling without a car, we will arrange the shuttle service for you.
- Non-smoking rooms. Smoking is not permitted indoors; there is an outdoor smoking area in the garden and on the patio.
